story behind this picture? heres what. primary schoolmates decided to meet up at nearby McDonalds for chitchat on a monday midnight. armysignon personel shawn decided to drive there & we collectively decided NOT to stay at McD's. with no destination in mind, he drove straight along PIE and we ended up there. we consists of da-jie doreen, er-jie pekmun, army recruit junxiang & ah-mei esther(ME!)

upon much enthusiam on my part, everyone partook in this photo! our P Clique's FIRSTest 3D PHOTO ! we all wannabe tha NEXT millionaire. *well at least I WANNABE* so you can guess which am i right?

my first Prawning Experience

nt much to say. let the pictures do the talking!

i had fun :) went a second time with my P clique. primary school mates :)

HFMD

zzzzomgosh. i've been down with HFMD the past few days. what does it stand for? HandFootMouthDisease. no, its not me having an addiction for placing my feet/hands into my mouth as Moses describes it. its just a viral infection that causes:

• ulcers
• blisters on hands & feet
• headaches
• flu
• muscle-ache
• fevers
• cough

lucky for me. i only got the front 5. mild muscle ache. really mild. but the ulcers were unbearable. eating was a chore. talking, way OUCH factor but i had to try my best to articulate with the stinging pain. even drinking water hurt. i could barely brush my teeth without pricking the ulcers.walking around the house with several blisters on your feet? not fun either. 

QUESTION IS: how to prevent. ?????

1. DRINK PLENTY OF WATER. not enough water to clear toxins & warm weather = heaty.
2. NO CHOCOLATES. had 3 cubes of ROYCE NAMA Champagne and TADA.
3. SLEEP EARLY . how i got it, was tht i didnt sleep enough. muscle not enough rest...yadayadayada.
4. basically, AVOID ANYTHING THT LOWERS IMMUNITY. cause HFMD is commonly observed in Young children & Old people. someone at my age getting this? not a good sign of my immunity. 

Doctor gave me 5 days MC. inclusive on Tuesday. have to rest till Saturday. and i should be as fit as a fiddle when i resume work & church activity. gosh, i think i have a ton of work to catch up with. NEVER been this sick. im proud to say that on this friday night. im recovering well. ulcers not as strong. but 2 are still stinging when i gulp down some h2o. 

thank you mummy for taking care of me tha past few days. im already 21 and i still need my mum. ohman. im like a baby~ 

thank you friends who have been praying for me.

thank you everyone who has shown me concern one way or another. i've been sleeping alot so.... pardon me for not replying whatsoever.

and last but nt least. thank you God for healing me. cause im not taking any medication for this disease but you are showing me your healing hands at work . thank you.

It seems to me that Church teaching on biblical fundamentalism isn’t consistent. For example, the Church doesn’t teach that the world was created in seven days, but it does teach that the Last Supper happened exactly as written. How does the Church decide what in the Bible really happened and what is just a story?

The Catholic Church doesn’t divide the Bible into what “really happened” and what is “just a story.” We believe everything in the Bible is the inspired Word of God and, as such, is all true. The Bible isn’t only one book. It’s a collection of books written by different people in different times and with different purposes. Parts should be read like poetry, others like history, and others like the law. We don’t read, “Your teeth are 

like a flock of ewes to be shorn” (Song of Songs 4:2) the same way we read, “Be careful to observe my commandments. I am the LORD”(Leviticus 22:31). 

A Catholic study Bible will help you understand 

how the Church interprets the Bible. If your parish doesn’t have a Bible-study group, ask your pastor for one. Studying the Bible by yourself is a great thing, but you can learn even more through guided group discussion. 

So no part of Scripture is “just a story.” It’s all the inspired Word of God, who reveals himself throughout the Bible in a variety of ways.

i'd say, in a similiar fashion. the events stated in the Bible are inspirations of the Holy Spirit. it aint a history book which records EVERYTHING that happened in B.C & A.D. hence....to answer a friend's question of the Dinosaurs. im not a teacher, what i say may not be accurate. 

but to have Faith, i'd say that Dinosaurs may have existed. just that it wasnt written in the bible. like the Fallen Angel Lucifer? he was banished. i'd like to believe that when God banished him from Heaven, God was angry & burnt Earth. then he rebuilt it again in 7 days. 

until you can find a better explaination, i'd just stick to this :)

i imagined this story when i was young :) 

kept my faith strong still, no doubts. :)

this has been my favorite number since....since i can remember. and why so? well, cause my birth-date falls on this date. like DUH right? but i love how pretty the number is. dont ask me how, it just is. period.

so this Saturday is 21-04-2012, im turning 21. am i excited? barely even. and why so? cause i always dreamt to have the most AMAZING birthday party on my twenty-first. like, one with music, dance, probably some alchohol, games, fun, laughter, more fun & laughter, with lotsa friends, my friends making new friends with my other friends, church peeps, family, school mates rekindling friendship, goign crazy, not drunk, spending a bomb on my special & important day. but as the day is drawing near, all i can do is...well...dream. i also think (now) that probably all these arent that important. *im uniquely ironic, i know.*

but at least i got something i wanted. my hair dyed(shankiew NFF) & highlighted(faintly) & feather hair extensions added. all will be completed tomorrow. all will be OK. i hope the enlarged acne-pimple-mosquito-bite-swollen thing on the right of my face will disappear magically by Thursday morning. if not, it'll be scarring my already scarred heart. ohmy, thats tomorrow. dang.

i had a blast with nff & those chemicals :D
however, i dont think she really did. heheh. but she stayed with my throughout altho i know she had sth else tht she really needed to attend to. im sorry & grateful much nff.
